hello I quit mirtazapine 6 months ago. I still have some withdrawal effects which is affecting me for 1-2 hour somedays. or is this not from mirtazapine ? sometimes I though maybe my brain burned 😦. I used mirtazapine for 2 years.

My problem is not huge problem but I wantto be my old self again. I obsessed with some simple things and cant take out some thoughts inside of my head. quick anger issues.

I cant be sure these are from mirtazapine or it is myself. I wantto ask that can antidepresant withrawal last long like that ? what is your experience

hi ozkan, have you spoken to anyone else about this? if you're still getting side effects obviously something has to be done. talk to your doctor, or other health professional about this! good luck, in the mean time you could speak to your chemist maybe they may understand about your medication.

tell them you don't want medicine, it's the cheapest option! have you tried talking to professionals? mindfulness can help, yoga, walking or ANY exercise, having a dog is good to or stroking an animal of some description! i refuse medication or listen, smile accept the medication, try it then stop it. it's YOUR body not theirs, YOU know what you need! good luck.
