ive never had sex before but have these reccuring cuts that come and go. This had been happing for over a year. They itch and burn especially when i pee/wipe. I have a feeling it might be lichen Sclerouses but just hope its not herpes.

Definitely not herpes. Id get checked out always and if you havent had sex yet theres no reason to believe its herpes. id lean towards the Lichen. Otherwise everything looks great
