really really need someone to ease my mind. it was much redder but has gone away after good washing with baby soap. just wondering if the bumps are something i should be worried about. they dont hurt or itch or anything i just really need some peace of mind.

This is from the second picture it looks like there is some broken skin there. I guess that is the specific area im worried about

it looks a bit dry thats about it put some coconut oil on it. or a bit if vasaline
