i don't really know what these are .. but these bumps just recently appeared on my inner vagina lip ..I feel no pain or sores but it is kinda itchy, i also have not trouble with urinating !if anyone knows please let me know image

I will be surprised if this is not Herpes.
Please go to your GUM clinic and require a swap and IGG HSV1 and HSV2 blood test.
Please note that if it is Herpes you will need to disclose to your partner / previous partner so they inform their partners. Also by law you should disclose to future partners or risk being sued.
Also please do not touch the area with your hand and ways wash your hands afterwards otherwise you can risk spreading the virus to other parts of your body.
You might also benefit from l-lysine 1000 mg over the counter amino acid to keep outbreaks at bay but you will always be contagious even if you do not have symptoms and there is no cure and it is for life.

Also just to add that you can still pass the virus even if your partner will wear condoms
