I received oral about 2 months ago,the girl i had it with said she didn't have anything and all that and she tells me that she takes care of her body. But I noticed these bumps on my head about 1 1/2 months ago and they're still there. At first they didn't hurt or puss but lately these past 5 days it's started to hurt down there. The bumps look the same as when I first spotted them and they dont hurt when I touch them. Idk how to post a photo so can someone help?

If the bumps have been there this entire time and never cleared, it's not herpes.

I first noticed them about a month and a half ago and they didn't hurt so shoul I still be worried?

During this month and a half, did they change appearance at all? Like get bigger, become more, turn into open sores, any other changes?

The problem is idk if I always had these or if it's an std, they've been there for almost 2 months since the first time I noticed.

No changes over 6-8 weeks would suggest these bumps are not herpes. Herpes lesions go through various stages until healing, and should in fact be completely gone by 3 weeks on average (for the first outbreak; recurrences heal even quicker).

So you doubt this could be herpes? What else could it be then? She had braces and when she gave me oral it did hurt so idk. She also explained to me that she keeps her body clean and that she doesn't have any std and that she's a virgin and that she's only given oral to me and her virgin ex.

That's irrelevant. You can kiss someone with oral herpes and not necessarily get it. You can even have unprotected sex with someone with genital herpes and not necessarily get it. Herpes doesn't pass each and every time, and even when it does pass, it often doesn't cause any symptoms. People with cold sores or genital lesions are actually in the minority.

Also, going by your symptoms alone (long duration, no changes), it is not typical of herpes at all, so you don't need to worry. As for what it could be, I have no idea! Ask your doctor the next time you have an appointment.
