I recently had phimosis and I am able to expose my glans, but I see that at the base of it is purple

recently I had phimosis after several exercises I can expose my glans was when I saw that at the base of the glans it is purple with these balls when it is erect it becomes more purple what can it be? I'm really worried !!! that white and an ointment that I imagepassed more did not help.

    Probably nothing to worry about. How many weeks have you been able to expose completely your glans?

    white spots is normal, not every guy gets it but is a normal variation on human anatomy.

    lucky you to have pearly penile papules?

    they can growth or be smaller sometimes.

      it's been 4 weeks since i managed to expose my glans, but i'm worried about the glans corona, it's purple when erect, it's more purple, i still don't feel anything in the place, neither pain nor itch or anything

    hey dude i have the same story and same exact issue , ive read through hundreds of pages on penis conditions and found out that this happens to alot of people that had phimosis and they went to doctors and doctors said its fine so i wouldnt really worry bout it

      I understood more when upright these edges become more purple and there are times that behind the glans it becomes whitish purple but I do not feel pain in the penis I do not feel pain when urinating or masturbating

      I am suspecting that it is bacterial balanitis I have used clotrimazole cream 10mg I have used hydrocortisone 10mg I already passed iodine and nothing
