I recently had sex with a new guy and have painful boils that seem to expand each day

After about a month of unprotected sex with a new guy i had some abnormal discharge then some bumps on my vag, HVS and urine culture showed staph aureus, but the bumps are expanding. I cant seem to add images, says file size too big
