I recently noticed this dry spot on my penis, should I be worried?

I first noticed the dry spot about 3 days ago Also are those other bumps (there for as long as i can remember) normal?

    you have a big one !

    i don't know for the dry spot but for the other spots it's called : Fordyce spots. Don't have to worry for those spots tho the dry one I'm not sure
