I don't use any lotion on my penis but i do masturbate at least once a day and I received oral sex for the first time about 2 months ago. I'm not sexually active but i AM concerned with these bumps pleas help it had already happened before as you can tell in the last photo but they just kind of scabbed up and became soft on my skin not itchy anymore i don't use lotion in my penis as to why the scabs seem dry

Paul, your skin looks generally really unhealthy on your penis. Try to keep soap and any form of body wash away from your penile skin, do not apply these directly to your penis, use the water only. The other thing I notice is that it looks like you MAY have a really tight foreskin. So, I am wondering whether you can expose the head of your penis? Or is your foreskin too tight to do this? This is not directly related to your dry penile skin, but your penile skin is not generally healthy anyway.

When you are masturbating on a really regular basis this will not be helping your skin either. Try limiting your masturbation to once every other day if you can, if you can manage to do this, then try masturbating every third day - so that is, having 2 no masturbation days, if you can.

So if you can keep soap and shower gel, and stuff like that away from your penile skin for about 5 or 6 WEEKS, AND, your skin begins to look much healthier, you can then introduce either Raw SHEA butter, or pure Coconut Oil to hydrate the skin of your penis.

Start using either of these twice a week to start with, and, if the skin does not react adversely - and there is no reason why it would, as both SHEA butter and Coconut Oil have natural skin healing properties - then start to use SHEA butter or Coconut Oil every other day, and it is best to do this after you take a shower and have carefully dried your penile skin ......

Okay, so if you are concerned about the bumps go see a Doctor or go to a sexual health service. The things I have suggested will help all of your penile skin to eventually - and this can take upwards of 3 to 6 months or more - be much healthier.

If you reduce the amount of masturbation there will also be less friction, and therefore less disruption to the skin.

So, no lotion: end of - NEVER! The reason I suggested 5 or 6 weeks until you start using the Coconut Oil or SHEA butter is to hopefully allow the skin some initial time to recover. If you apply now, in simple terms the unhealthy skin already has too much to cope with and may cause further problems or disruption to the skin.

In terms of the bumps on the skin, there may be an issue of concern - anyone looking at photographs such as these cannot give a cast iron guarantee that there is no issue - so if that is what you need, go to the medical professionals I have mentioned to get properly checked.

In terms of the tight foreskin, if this is not an issue for you then no problem. The major issue you may get is with a build-up of smegma between the inner foreskin and the head / glans of your penis. So, some men with a foreskin like yours can naturally produce an awful lot of smegma - and, because of the tight foreskin this can eventually become a major infection and if this occurs the only remedy would be to get a full circumcision.

Unfortunately, as with the bumps you have, there is no way of predicting whether this will become a major issue for you or not ......
