I refuse to believe I’m going to be like this forever

im sorry i know some women in postmenopause are still suffering, but i refuse to believe its like that for everyone! im going to just focus on the positive things in life, not what i cant do at the moment, sometimes this forum just feeds my anxiety 😦 xx

    I agree with you completely, Toria! This is a natural process which has a starting point and an ending point; it isn't a life sentence! Women do recover completely, and, in my opinion, it doesn't require taking hormones for the rest of your life. After four plus years of horror, I am finally coming out the other end of this: stronger and more confident than ever!

    I'm really struggling at the moment, haven't been able to go to work for the last few days, morning anxiety is crippling me. Along with all my other symptoms. The only thing that's getting me through is the positive thoughts that it will get better. Some days I struggle to think hormones could cause this much distribution to my body. We will get there!!

    Agreed! We are all different. Let's continue to do the best we can until this phase of our lives is over.

    I very much appreciate the support I am getting from this forum. But at the same time I refuse to believe that this will never end. It will. It's just a matter of time.

    im with you toria , I want to see healthy me in the near future and give my positive testimony to others , i feel sorry for those who suffer long term i like their honesty my prayers for all of us .
