I ripped my natural nail bed hitting the counter false nail ripped upward

This morning I was defrosting fish food to feed my fish in my thumb hit the counter resulting in my false now hitting so hard upward it ripped my natural nail bed in half. do I keep it dry? can I super glue it? what do I do?
