I saw dark skin area after dry masturbation under the penis head

About two weeks ago I've done a dry and vigorous masturbation that left head of my penis some scars. the scars healed after 3 - 4 day. After that I searched my penis to if I find another scar. There was no other scar. But I found a skin area with darker color skin. it has no irritation or pain. I searched in internet and I searched if this is kind of dangerous or infectious thing. But I couldn't find anything that helps. Non of the internet picture was similar to this.

So I went quickly and showed it to my dermatologist. He said it is completely normal and no need to worry. I don't know why but I'm still worry about it. When my penis is in its smallest size it can't be seen. but it is more obvious on erection and larger sizes.
