I seem to have gotten rid of balanitis

Hey guys,

I have been tormented by redness on the glans for 3 years. The past 3 years my life has been like hell. I have tried all sorts of pills and creams. There are things that seem to help me but then the rashes come back. They seem to be very stubborn. Many times I thought I was cured but everything came back. I have continuously used medications and creams for the past 3 years. There are many topical creams that made my glans mild to severe irritation. But until today, I realized one thing: I made it impossible to recover by constantly using creams and essential oils, causing it to always be irritated, and Completely changes the PH level so it cannot be restored. I discovered a long time ago that the lesions seem to be under the skin, and do not spread to other areas on the glans, it seems to be permanent. Acutely irritated areas can be quickly soothed with some skin care essential oils or anti-bacterial and anti-fungal creams, depending on the specific case. However, the stubborn areas are always redness. They seem to be scars that cannot go away. Currently, I have stopped using all creams and essential oils to apply on it. I have been letting it go completely natural for a month now, and happily it seems to be recovering gradually. It is returned to nature, a stable PH level helps damaged skin to recover, I am thinking more about using some types of products helps to speed up the skin recovery process for sensitive skin. However, I still prioritize letting it recover naturally. As someone who has been through this terrible thing for 3 years, I understand that I need to share this information with you, we will overcome this terrible thing together. Don't worry about letting it recover naturally, if you have fungus or bacteria, many creams will kill it very quickly, using the cream will not last more than 1 week, but if you have the condition The rash seems to be permanent, and many creams don't help, or do help but then come back. It's best to stop using anything on it, don't panic and let it heal naturally. Another somewhat spiritual element is that this seems to be a punishment of the law of cause and effect. We need to have a faithful, healthy lifestyle, we need to wake up, and we should not indulge in our own lustful needs. You will get through this. Good luck!

    I have been struggling for almost a year now with this condition, i am uncircumcised after i had (vaginal sex) without a condom after an hour my penis became itchy and really red i tested twice for STDs and both times were negative i visited a dermatologist gave me creams didn't help i visited another that gave me pills the itchiness was gone after i took the pills the second time, but no matter what the redness won't go away, i tried 5 fungal creams (1-canesten, 2-lotriderm,3-lomexin 4-advantan+5-travocort)

    As for the pills :

    (2 pills 150mg diflucan.....) itchiness was gone for a while and back after a month so i took stronger pills (forgot the name) (2days in a raw) the itchiness was gone, i tried pills three month ago ( twice a day for 1 week) also did not remove the redness, doctors told me to keep it well dry, im not applying anything anymore cause nothing seems to be working, when i masturbate, wash it with soap or apply creams it gets irritated, now i just wash it with water, sometimes it is more irritated than other times i don't know why and when i pull the foreskin back for a while it gets dry but when I don't it becomes wet, i have no clue what to do. the last dermatologist i went to a month ago told me not to worry about it and go home it's nothing, that made me even more worried. is it the same condition?

      this can happen during the early stages of warts. maybe that probably. orrr sometimes you'd have a wart infection but warts won't appear, the infection isn't strong enough for warts but skin changes nature.....
