anxiety can cause hundreds of different weird feeling symptoms. And perhaps the weed has something to do with the blanking out feeling. If you have had many doctor appointments and they think it’s anxiety, that could be what’s going on. There’s not much more they can do unless you have a brain scan but chances are they won’t find anything wrong. Weed can have negative effects on the brain so I encourage you to not smoke it anymore. You only have one brain the rest of your life and please take care of it!The blank feeling should resolve itself. It might take a little time but you can help it by relaxing your mind as much as you can and do good things for yourself.

. Eat really healthy foods and stay hydrated with water which is very important for the brain!stay away from junk food especially anything with sugar because sugar is inflammatory which is not good for any part of the body especially the brain. Get a little bit of exercise also so you get good circulation and oxygen to the brain.

also, stay busy and active, do positive things for yourself and other people, and think positive. All of these things will help you feel better and get rid of that blank feeling. You could even go to counseling and get some support and help with this.

worry, fear, negativity will set you back. You’ll be OK but you have to take care of yourself! ❤
