and combining with homeopathic medicine, B vitamins and NAD+ Riboside.  new studies suggest that NAD+ is key in reversing autoimmune disease and many people with lichen planus are deficient in this.

      NAD is a cofactor in immune and metabolic pathways.  It has proven to be beneficial for reversing or calming the effects of autoimmune disease . many people have low levels.  they can be boosted with certain supplements and lifestyle changes.  fasting will boost NAD+ also- i feel it may benefit LP

    Very interesting - keep the information coming.  I'm still not sure what NAD is.  What do  initials stand for?
