One day ago I stepped on a needle that went halfway into my foot. Only a drop of blood came out and it left a very small mark that is hard to see. Right now it's very hard to step on the ground with my injured foot. I can't really walk because of this unless I hop with one foot. Should I be worried about this? Or will it get better on its own?

I haven't gotten a tetanus jab yet. I don't know what type of needle it was, but it isn't as sharp as a sewing needle, and it was in my house. I was able to pull the whole needle out of my foot.
