I stopped taking sertraline 4 days ago and my vision is still blurry

I started sertraline last wednsday and by thursday afternoon it felt like someone was squeezing my head from the inside, my forehead was throbbing, my vision became blurry, and i had whooshing noises in my ear, so i stopped taking it on friday, after having a panic attack overnight on thursday.

while the headache symptoms have gone down significantly, my vision still isnt normal despite the doctor saying my pupil reflexes are normal,

i wondered if anyone else had experienced or is experiencing this and what the outcome was?
