I struggle to avoid accidentally jolting/shaking my head while I'm trying to recover from a trauma

My life has been hell since 27th May when I accidentally hit my head against a steel object....... The hit was not hard, I kind of just walked into it with my eyebrow being hit slightly but I did not pass out or anything I went to the doctors they said I was fine and had a minor concussion. But since then while I try to recover anything I do gets my head vibrated somehow. I am not at all active, I gave up exercise, I stopped playing video games everything.... I am mostly bed resting or just sitting in my room. But at night when I try to lay down on the bed if I'm not doing it slow enough my head gets shook. When I open a bag of food for example my head jolts somehow too and I get the same concussion symptoms as if it was the first day after concussion again. Even when I touched my head this morning my movement was perhaps again too careless and my head got a minor jolt.. And now I feel like crap again.. Whatever I do I cannot avoid causing shakes in my brain and this disturbs healing process. As soon as I do something like that I get a hot flash then I get dizziness and then follows a few nights of bad sleep and constant nausea the next few days. This happens every two or three day. It makes me extremely frustrated as I never seem to recover. Anybody had the same?

Concussion is not a mild injury and should betaken seriously. Yes, the effects can last for some time and often months. You are doing all the right things but I think you should go back to your doctor and explain your problems. He/she may be able to give you some medication to help.If it should become worse, especially suddenly, then go straight to A/E.

You can take paracetamol or ibuprofen but do not take aspirin.
