I suddenly speak a different language and can't speak/understand my own

Hi. I'm Female, 19 and I have had epilepsy since I was almost 15.

Sometimes, after seizures, I have memory losses, but they always come back.

This time though, I am really concerned.

Since the last seizure I can only speak and understand English ,even though I live in Germany, I was born here, it's s my native language. You see, I am fluent in English, but it's not my native language.

I went to a bilingual school, where the spoken language was English, but since I finished school I haven't been speaking English that much.

How can it be that I don't understand my own language anymore?
