clotrimazole would help if it is fungal. if it is just redness irritation hydrocortisone 1%, but try not to use hydrocortisone generously as it thins the skin, just a little at the problem area. also washing with just water and pat dry after urination, masturbation, and sex helps.

would this treat both, if it is eirher a fungal or yeast infection?

no problem, yes the clotrimazole should help clear them out. try it out for a couple days. if you apply in the day, try and clean it at night before bed and reapply.

Is this the worst it has been? I can't really see any red dots.

hey man no this is the result of me keeping it clean, but if i get erect i see red dots on my glans... its mostly the smell and the irritation when wet or not cleaned up properly thats making me think so.

is there a cream i can use to clear this up?

24 hours and 3 applications later and all inflammation seems to be gone.

can it be the cream works this fast?
