Soreness in eyes. Im suffering here in america with no job or insurance. tried thera tears but not working. Tried hot water on a towel does not seem to work. I heard some things about castor oil might try that. I knowit could be dangerous but im desperate because this has ruined me. I shake at night and really work about damage to my eyes from corneal abrasions.

Try vitamin E oil around your eyes at night (cut open a capsule). It eases up the tight soreness for me. I also use baby shampoo - onen prt - mixed with five prts wter every morning and night. I use a Qtip to clean my eelids. I have also added about three drops of tea tree oil to this mixture which burns a tiny bit or maybe it's a feeling of coolness. I do have cornea erosion also but don't know which came first - that or blepharitis. My eyes are very sensitive to light so I wear sunglasses alot and haven't been driving for over three months now.
