You seem to be looking down at the camera but I dont think you have droopy eyelids. Your right eyelid looks slightly puffy..... does it itch or is there a flakiness in the eyelashes?

Gabriel if you have blepharitis you need to treat it by keeping your eyelid edges very clean, or you will get infections in the eyelids and also red eyes . Dip a cotton bud/Qtip in some vaseline and gently rub along the edges of your eyelids once per day to loosen any crustiness there...that will help the meibomian glands to work that supply the essential oils for your tears. Also use a lubricant for your eyes as much as 5-6 times a day and before sleeping. Blepharitis can get out of hand and you will end up with very painful eyes if its not treated. If you suffer with dandruff at all use a shampoo with selenium sulphide in it and use a tiny amount on your eyebrows. Do make sure you dont get it in your eyes but when you shower, direct the spray at your eyes to keep those lids clean.
