I think I have genital warts! I'm terrified

few days ago i noticed a little bump on my perineum, not knowing what it was i picked at it thinking it was some kind of Whitehead. i dismissed it after i couldnt get it out and few days later i did my routine check up down there and i noticed these bumps on my vaginal opening and the little space underneath it along with little ones on my perineum.

what home remedies can i do that is guaranteed to work? i can't afford going to a doctor rn

    there are home remedies for different issues but its no point to try cures unless the issue is determined really
