I think I have herpes, I'm only 18 please help me

Last July 30, I had unprotected sex with this guy I've been casually hooking up with. It's our 3rd sex, but its the first time we did it without any condom. A week later, I noticed a bump in my labia majora. Then today, 25 days later it now look like this. image

Sorry for the picture, but that now how it looks like. At first, it wasn't painful at all, it's just a lil bit itchy. Now, it still not painful but from time to time it's becoming itchy. I suspected that I got it from the guy I hooked up with. Aside from herpes, I also think that maybe it's a razor burn bc, I shaved last July 30, Aug 13 and 21. I'm thinking about getting it checked by a doctor. Please, if ever it's a herpes what should I do to help my outbreak shorten and not reccur again, and what should i do to not pass it onto others. Thank you so much.

    i don't think is herpes..can be razor bumps or from tight underwear..but keep an eye on them

    Doesn't look like a herpes outbreak. I'd encourage you to see your PC for confirmation, but I don't think you have herpes. Good luck...
