I think I have HPV

I haven't been sexually active for a while but I stared to feel discomfort at night the past weeks, nothing really painful just unconformable... I decided to check myself and I saw white, gooey discharge inside me. I thought it was a yeast infection but usually those don't last more than a week or two. I decided to let it be for some time but it didn't seem to disappear. Well this past 3 days I checked myself again and I saw this kind of bump flesh colored inside my vagina, which then got some white stuff around it and I'm pretty sure I have HPV now,it shouldn't look like this. I'm not experiencing discomfort or pain at all.

Can someone confirm it please? Most laboratories won't offer any services now because of COVID19 but I would like to get some confirmation before I lose my mind.

Here are some pictures:

This looks like a yeast infection. Its perfectly normal for your body to have a different reaction to a yeast infection than the previous time you had one. Yeast infections can last a while especially if you weren't treating it which may explain the duration.

I didn't know they could last longer but thanks for the info, I'll still get checked as soon as possible in case I have something else.
