I think I'm getting vericose veins

Hello ,

I think I am getting them .

I have small purple veins on one of my legs as well as some bruising, itching on the other leg in one spot . ( all this on my shins)

I also have the same veins on my upper ab and hip .

Are these vericose veins and what causes them ?

Also, what can I do to help them?

Thanks

Sounds like it is Phil, can't give you any great advice Phil as I have some terrible swollen ones on both of my legs, i get the itching, have what looks like bruises, there an eye sore, used to get excruciating pain in one behind my knee, you could maybe try Horse Chestnut, or Turmeric, to help your circulation. If there's a weight problem, best to try and lose some, easier said than done, I'm struggling with mine. 😔

    Phi,

Have you had your profusion index levels looked at or had any measurements of your cardiovascular system? You sound like you have all the complications of compromised blood flow.

There may be 2 reasons for that- first is that you might be having some infection by which same veins appears on your body and second reason is that you might take some pills which does not suite you. In my opinion, you should consult with some specialist in order to know better about this problem. And if, by chance it is a vein problem then you need not to worry because there are different types of non surgical treatments available for vein today. Take care.
