Hi, I’m a 14 year old girl and I’m scared. I’ve been seeing and hearing things for quite a while now and I don’t know if it is normal or not. I also struggle getting to sleep most nights and end up staying awake until 3am. I get panic attacks every once in a while that happen for no apparent reason apart from me suddenly feeling stressed or sad. I’m also pretty sure that everyone hates me and It scares me. I don’t know what to do and I haven’t told anyone because i find it hard to talk to people about most things. I honestly feel like giving up. Please help me

I feel like I wasn’t clear enough; with the things I see, they talk to me and I talk back. We can have full conversations until I realise there is no one actually there. And as wells as being sad or stressed for no reason, there are also time when I fell nothing at all, it’s like I’m empty and no one cares

We generally do not reply to teenagers under sixteen years old because your Parents are responsible for your Health and Healthcare.

Your problems sound very common with very young teens and everything can also feel quite alarming. You need to talk to your Mother/Father and explain how unsettled you feel and you would like to discuss these problems with your Doctor. who ill try and help you understand the reasons of your feelings of panic and stress. If possible ith your Panic Attacks and day to day stresses you parents should be able to relate ith your concerns, however if yo prefer your GP will help you move on.

You have no worries regarding your health try breathing techniques, found on site, just relax and remember most people who you wish to talk to will feel the same way. Stop worrying
