I think I may have been having absent seizures for years and not noticing them

I will try to keep this short:
So I was first diagnosed officially when I was 4 back in 1998 with Temprol Lobe Epilepsy it from there it took about 14 years to get every think under control. when I was 19 I suddenly had two TC seizures with in a month due to a medication change that didn't work out. From there I basically went 10 years until I had a TC seizure last year but I did have a absent seizure 3 years ago.
The thing is though I do feel that I may have been having a lot more absent seizures between now and when I last had a TC. The only reason I say that is because when I was still working I was getting dizzy spells and light I would feel light headed alot. some times I just had to stop for a few moments or I would of fainted. I was also getting headaches almost 4 times a week in the lead up to all this.
BTW: currently I still get the really bad headaches. I do still get the head spins but no where near as often as I did when I was working. I see the doctor in a few days not really for this though then the specialist next month. So this is just to see what every one thinks lol. I'm not sure weather this is all very bad or I'm just over thinking things?
Happy to provide more information.
