I think I might be pregnant

Me and my partner had sex on Sunday it’s been 6 days and I feel nauseous and my breasts are killing me and I have cramping I also have a headache and I got told I have a UTI yesterday by the doctor, it’s now Saturday so it’s been 6 days and I was wondering if a pregnancy test would pick up if I’m pregnant or not because I’m only 16 and I’m not ready to have a child yet so I want to know as soon as possible as I’m worried and don’t know what to do
