so for awhile now i have been seeing this red spots on my penis mostly on the head but even some on my foreskin, and now recently even what appears to be some peeling skin? if anyone knows what this might be input would be greatly welcomed

firstly i think i have the same thing as you, so i would be most grateful if you update with you progress/diagnosis.
it is hard to say for sure what it is.
do you see a white lacy structure under the red patches?
is there any pain or itching?
what is your age?
