Did it happen in one quick move/injury or slowly grow that way? OUCH!

it was one quick move and it became lifted. any suggestions?

You need to go to a dermatologist, preferably, and have it removed. It could cause permanent disfigurement.

Thanks! I ended up going to a doctor and she said to just let it grow out.
