I think I reruptured my ear drum

So over a month ago i ruptured my eardrum after getting hit in the ear with a ball. This is the second time ive ruptured my ear drum so i know to just wait it out, but every was going well until a week ago when i was working outside with a lot of loud noises. Since then ive had this weird pressure that cones and goes and constant tinnitus since then. I also have a feeling of either a cold or allergies coming and dont know if that could be the cause of this weird feeling
