Hello everyone

I was here often around 6 months to a year ago when I had this horrible thing.

well it's back. last week I had headaches and anxiety for 2 days, got the flu shot and since then I have had the full on horrible anxiety attacks, the dizziness and not being able to sit up or do much for long at all. the weird feeling in the head you notice as soon as you wake up. this went on for 6 months last year, from April until October.

I'm so scared it's going to be another 6 months of this. does anyone have any advice? has this happened to anyone else?

    Sam,

For about a year after my initial bout with mono, any small illness would make me very sick and I would get the mono symptoms again, but on a much smaller scale. I got a cold at about month 6, and it took forever to get over it, and I felt mild mono symptoms with it.

I did not get the flu shot the year I had mono, at my doctors advice.

it sounds like your mono was slightly triggered. I think this will be your normal for a little bit. but the symptoms should be mild compared to your initial outbreak. I would suggest building up your immune system right now. I used supplements, elderberry syrup and manuka honey and I feel like it was all very beneficial.

This will pass, be sure to allow your body to rest and try not to stress too much. It will probably only last a couple of days.

    Hi Sam,

I think this is pretty normal, it happened to me about nine months after I was diagnosed, it lasted a few weeks, I agree with Jen, when you get a virus the symptoms come back for a bit.
