I think Lansoprazole has royally messed me up.

Hi.

In November I was prescribed Lansoprazole (30mg) for silent reflux. I took it for 5 days and then had an episode of dry-heaving and heavy nausea causing me to stop it cold turkey.

since that day I've had non stop nausea, along with shaking. I've lost weight due to the lack of food I'm eating. Being nauseous completely rids me of my appetite.

Can anyone please explain to me why it's happening?
