I think my circadian clock is broke, how should I fix it?

hi, due to the recent lock down we have been in i have not had regular work. This meant for me i did not have to get up at 7:30AM every day and didnt feel obligated to be in bed at a reasonable time. At first i was going to bed at 2:30AM and sleeping until noon. Then it got ridiculous where i was sleeping 5AM till mid afternoon and then it got to the point where i was sleeping 10AM until 6PM. This was far from ideal. I tried to correct it by remaining awake all night and day but fell asleep around 5PM and woke at midnight, i remained awake for the rest of the night and day and attempted to sleep at 10pm but alarmingly i got a surge of energy and remained awake all night, that was saturday night. On the sunday i slept from 4:30PM-7PM and again from 9PM-midnight. Today is monday, i feel cognitively slow and not myself, i am sick of feeling this way. My question is, will my sleep eventually return to normal if i persevere? Im returning to regular work in 2 weeks and need to be back to my best by then. Should i see a GP, having worked in healthcare i know how effective zolpidem can be in treating this kind of problem. I do not suffer from insomnia, i am just sleeping at the wrong times. Any suggestions, i need some advice on this.
