I'm 19 years old and still a virgin. These bumps really do frustrate me, and they are more visible when I'm erected. No pain or any kind of physical discomfort, but still, I would like to know what it can be that I have. Hair follicles, by any chance? Are there any risks or very similar-looking dangerous stuff?

Hi I think they are Fordyce spots. they're normal for some guys to have them.
