I think there’s an infection on my frenulum I don’t know what to do. (Unable to see a doctor now)

Hi guys. I wanted to come on here to ask how I could treat whatever it is I have on my frenulum.

I started noticing this about five months ago, on my frenulum. I am not circumcised. It was just a white spot (not really big bumps) and then the spot started getting bigger. I'd just assumed it was because of masturbation without lubricant. And there would be a burning sensation when I pee. I went to get my regular STD screen in April, and the results were clean. I was unable to see a doctor then because it was a cheap clinic and only tests were available and the docs were not there on those days. And then it kinda healed on its own. While the spot was still there, there was no pain. I assumed it was a scar and left it there. Recently, it started to burn and hurt a little bit when peeing, or if I pull the foreskin down. But now, I am abroad, where the clinics are expensive and I do not have insurance.

I'm attaching some pictures, I apologize if they're bad quality. But I would like to know what it is and how to treat it at home if possible, without going to see a doctor. If it needs serious treatment, then I would go to the doc. Thank you so much for any help. imageimage
