Well last night was the worst so far. This awful taste, extreme thirst, bone dry mouth caused me to have panic attacks all night. Finally managed to sleep at 6.30....Great😡.
Also I have tingling in the cheeks of my bottom, does anybody else have this. The taste seems to get worse on the green tablets of my HRT.
Honestly I am so sick of all this.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

I get extremely cold at night, and those hot flashes are horrible. I told my friend, they can invent a pill to make a man stand tall, but cannot make a pill to at least stabilize woman's hormone imbalances.

Yes.. I'm usually cold too!! I take iron a few times a week because I'm anemic and I've heard that it could be low iron. Still wearing my fleece jammies to bed with socks and blankets all over. Today, it will be 65 but at night I'm cold.
