I thought this was a yeast infection but I’m not sure anymore and I’m scared

I was diagnosed with h pylori a few weeks ago. to treat it, i had to take 4 different medications twice a day for two weeks. three of those were antibiotics so my doctor warned me that i might get a yeast infection. a few days after i finished taking the medication, I began to experience yeast infection symptoms (slight itching, burning and pain when peeing, and dryness). I decided to get tested for STIs just in case (4 days ago) and bought monistat 1 ovule. I noticed i had some lesions near my vagina and clitoris, which caused the pain when peeing. I didnt think much of it because I had it the last time i had a yeast infection. I used the monistat last night when i thought it was definitely a yeast infection, and felt much better. this morning after my shower i noticed a sore near my clitoris and a few bumps around my vulva. it feels dry and irritated unless i put some of the external monistat cream on it but now im worried and i still havent gotten my test results back so i dont know if its part of the yeast infection. please let me know what you think. the first pic is yesterday and the last three are this morning
