I told the Pharmacist to make my Nitroglycerine at 0.2% and now I am worried should I have said 0.4%

Long story short the doctor didn't specify the strength of the GTN and I was worried I had wasted 2 days off work to accomplish all of this. In a last attempt I told the pharmacist a made up story that the Doctor said to make it at 0.2%

I am now worried, should I have instead said 0.4%? the higher the better? the faster and more sure the fissure would heal yes?

Maybe 0.4% has less sphincter spasm? relaxes it more?
