Tell them. At best you get the help you need.. at worst you will give yourself liver failure and migh not even die from it and be paralized.. It's not like what the movies glam it up to be, dying in your sleep.

It's cronic pain usually 12+ hours later as your body starts to shut down.

Don't do it again. Believe me.

What if I take too much co-codamol?

An overdose of co-codamol is dangerous and capable of causing serious damage to the liver and kidneys due to the paracetamol content.

You should never take more than the recommended dose stated in the information leaflet supplied with the medicine. You should also avoid taking any other paracetamol-containing medicine with co-codamol, as this can easily result in exceeding the maximum dose of paracetamol.

Get immediate medical advice if you or someone you know has taken too much co-codamol, even if you feel well, because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.

Go to A&E now, I took two boxes of Paracetamol and a bottle of Vodka last week, more unpleasant than I could bare which is why unfortunately I am still here, they put you on an antidote drip, I was in hospital for four days.
