I tore my leg ligament last year. This time I injured my ankle. How to heal it

What kind of medical tesst do I do to make my family see that i tore my ligaments. My relatives are so illiterate about ligament tear and it's pain. They are insensitive towards me sometimes and make fun of me that I am being lazy. but in actual I am in lot of pain. What to do. pl help

    I would go to see you're doctor who will asses you and maybe refer you for treatment or physiotherapy xdawn

    Hi nidhi, go to a doctor for help and advice. Take one of your relatives with you, so they can hear what you are going through and how they can help you. Hope you recover soon.

    Have you get your ankle checked? I had the same experience, got my ligaments tore few years back and last month injured my ankle due to falling down. Bring your family together so that they understand what you are going through.
