i used a hopi candle on my urethra to clean any smegma build up and i was encouraged to find lots if wax like sludge came out
better flow of urine and also ejaculation now

Smegma isn't usually on the inside of the urethra. So chance's are you got some UTI, Chlamydia or Syphilis in there. Best to get tested for an appropriate treatment plan.
