I'v3 had this weird feeling in my foot and leg(shin). Does anyone knows this?

hi,

i'm 32 years old woman. 1,5 months ago i felt this buzzing/tingling sensation in ball of may foot and my big toe. It went away but came back a few days after. Now i feel it everyday. when i wake up and move my fingers...i feel the sensation. after walking around it does go away, but then comes back again. if i lay or sit...all good. but when i stand up i feel the sensation...or in the ball of my foot, or toe or my heel. the feeling lasts for 3s and then stops.

i also noticed the warm sensation in my lover leg (on the outside of my left shin, in the same leg).

one week ago i had severe pain in my back (sciatica) that lasted only a day...but i felt the pain radiated into my left leg, buttock.

is this sciatica related? i visited neurologist and she checked my reflexes, all good...
