I've all these symptoms, am I panicking for nothing?

Hi

Sorry I didn't know where to post this so though general health was a start.

Past 2 years I've been lightheaded and sometimes the veins on my palms and wrists go really blue. General pain in the body and feeling of woozyness and general rubbish.

For the past week add in breathlessness as a symptom and now I'm really worried. People keep saying to me that if it were something really serious it wouldn't have gone on for 2 years without having to be hospitalised. I, however, am at my wits end.

Is this a pulmonary embolism?! Am I headed for a heart attack? Is it anxiety!? I have no clue

I felt today that I was going to pass put and my breathing felt so weird like I didn't get any oxygen but my levels were fine, felt I might fall down and just die if I'm honest (as I write it, it sounds silly!).

Please someone tell me where to go with this!?

Thanks

Have you had any tests done?

Not since the breathless symptom started but I have had many along the way since my first symotors. Brain scan, heart echo, ecg, many many blood tests, a pelvic scan.

I have a massive fibroid and have been having hormone treatment for that for the past few months and it's almost like that helped the lightheaded feeling a bit and snce I've been off them for 3 months it's all hit back but worse, could of course be a complete coincidence
