I’ve always had a vaginal odor

ok, so i'm a 24 year old female & i've had a vaginal odor all my life it feels like. i am prone to bv, but i feel even when i don't have it, my vagina still doesn't smell fresh. What products could i use? i also am self conscious about receiving oral because my secretions taste sour. i don't have any std's so i'm not sure what to do. please help !

    You should not use any products to clean your vagina. Fresh water should be sufficient and normal, gentle soap for the area around it (vulva). You don't want to disturb the balance between the yeast and bacteria, which can cause BV and yeast infection. And don't be conscious about receiving oral, as long as it is healthy.

    wait so you dont think you have bv? i got tested and thats what i had and bad odor is big symptom, go to the doctor and they will prescribe an antibiotic , i dont even have a smell anymore after using. but using soaps and vaginal wash is a big no! only warm water to clean. but if you dont want to go to the doctor try boric acid i heard its amazing, but i strongly suggest going to the doctor.

      My gfs vagina have odour issues. And sometimes it feels to intense. Is there any chance this could be bv? and how can we find it out whether its bv or not?

      ive had bv several times & even when it comes back negative for bv i still have a smell. its more of an acidic smell.

      also i use boric suppositories, which helps with the odor temporarily but not the taste

      it could be but the only way to know is to get to tested, its quick and easy
