I've been constipated for over a week and I can't poop.

Is there any remedies to make hard 💩 turn into diarrheah? Is it safe to use a suppository when your 💩 feels like its stuck way up by my belly button?

Well you could ask the pharmacist in your chemist but to be honest if I felt it was stuck that bad I would go to my drs. And see what he/she advises. You must be in a lot of pain, I certainly would get advise as soon as you can. And I'd be stepping up fruit and veg doing more walking and drinking list of water

My friend had the same thing and it started to hurt her so bad to were she was in the tub everyday crying! So after a few days of trying to give her stool  softener and  milk of magnesium nothing happen so I told her she needed to go to the hospital! And when she did they told her she was Dehydrated and was not drinking enough water and so they had to dig it out of her!

I've been there and it's teribble. I tried so much fiber that I was considering eating the boxes they came in and Not One Thing Worked. I've tried what these people are discussing but I'm telling you, from experience, you do not want an impacted bowel.

Drink, take stool softeners then if in a day or so nothing happens, take the laxative. I do. I'm not going to ER, Again, to have them give me an enima then suggest I take a laxative next time.

Do it. Don't be concerned about it.
