Hello doc,
I'm 28 yrs old. I was diagnosed with gonorrhea about 5 yrs ago. I took some antibiotics and everything seems OK. But now when I open my urethra and check it is reddish in colour.

Gonorrhoea doesn't reoccur 5 years later, so you got a new infection. Go get a UTI test, then a STI test if that's negative.
