I've been diagnosed with benign brain tumour (non-cancerous) in different country, what to do?

Hi,
I started having strong facial (eyes and nose) tics. It's very uncomfortable and painful, sometimes I can't focus on conversation with another person and I feel pressure inside my head when they occur. I decided to go to the private neurologist in Poland, during my 2-weeks X-mas and New Year holiday in this country.
I received medicines, but I was also sent for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan and they detected that I have Rathke's cleft cysts found on the pituitary gland. The doctor said that I should leave it for now, as it's not large, however it can give me some symptoms.
My question is what I should to do now? Where to go? I live in London and I have never contacted with NHS before. Should I report it to my local GP/Hospital and start treatment with NHS?
Thank you
