I'm sorry but this is going to be a relatively long post. I'm a 21 YO male in the USA 6,3 and 195 lbs.

i forgot to add this but my dizziness gets worse in specific places such as my job, in any type of store (walmart clothing store etc,) i went to a NBA game and was dizzy all night. Doing anything at night such as driving fishing hanging out with friends etc gets me dizzy. Watching tv or moving cars makes me dizzy. My dizziness seems very situational like as im typing this in bed i feel relatively normal

This is my story on how it all started, roughly 7 months ago i would wake up get ready for work (i work in a jewelry store) my day would start off normal and then when i would be getting ready to leave work around 8pm id be driving home in the dark and all the street lights cars driving by LED's stores on the side of the road etc would make me feel really strange. I don't think dizzy is the right word but basically my eyes would begin to feel overwhelmed with everything around me. It felt like my eyes couldn't focus on anything and they just seemed to bounce around which in return would give me a dizzy sensation, it didnt feel like i was spinning though. This would happen about once a week or so i thought nothing of it cause it went away after 30 minutes or so. then this began to happen more frequently and it became a daily occurrence until one day im with a customer and i get dizzy and in the time span of about 10 minutes the dizziness gets worse and worse it felt like i just got home from a long night of drinking i felt like i was going to pass out i coupdnt focus on anything and my vision started to get fuzzy. i decided i should go to the ER they did a blood test a urine test a EKG a ct scan on my brain and everything was good besides my EKG, the doctor said it appears i have premature atrial contractions but said it isn't anything to worry about because a lot of young healthy men have it is what he told me. i follow up with my primary care he did more blood work and sent me to a cardiologist just to be sure. the cardiologist ran some tests and they came back normal. so next step i went to a neurologist he basically just brushed me off he asked me if had headaches i said no then he had me walk around and then said he doesn't think its related to my brain and sent me on my way. next step i went to my allergist she just gave me a different type of allergy meds and sent me on my way. i go back to my primary care doctor and he finally sends me to a ENT they did a ct on my sinuses which was all clear and a VNG on my ears which was all good. next stop i went to a eye doctor they did a eye exam tested my vision dilated my eyes and then had me look thru this thing to see if i had BVD. all of that was good so now here i am 7 months later with no answers and no idea as to whats causing this its very stressful please someone help.

Go back to the ent and tell them to give you an ENG Test..This tests to see how your eyes function with movement. i had this test done a few uears ago when my dizzy spells started. Mine are not set off by motion though. So this may help you.
